Delighted to welcome Adam Fiegert of Gibson Wines back to The Wine Loop in 2019 having joined us last July!
The youngest of the five siblings, he makes wine alongside Rob Gibson, delivering their "unique, scarce and fiercely local" Barossa line up.
"The storyteller of all things Gibson," Adam also plays a key role in their Discovery Road by Gibson Wines label, focused on an experimental approach to Southern Mediterranean varieties.
With a career that has seen him at the helm of Melbourne's Stephanie's, Stella, Pearl and Dandelion, Geoff Lindsay, co-owner and Executive Chef was a long-time customer of Lamaro's Hotel before taking ownership with Paul Dimattina over a year ago.
